Pomarola is a Pomodoro focus timer made by Birch Tree Studio. It is provided as-is, as a beta product, with no guarantees of uptime, data durability, or feature stability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Session data (tomatoes, jars, pantry) is stored on a best-effort basis. Do not rely on it for anything where loss would matter. We recommend treating it as a convenience, not a record.

You own your data. We will not sell it or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we use it.

By using Pomarola you agree not to: attempt to access or modify another user’s data; reverse-engineer the service to extract API tokens or storage keys; use the service to transmit spam, malware, or any unlawful content; or abuse the support system.

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without notice.

Pomarola is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Birch Tree Studio is not liable for any loss of data, loss of productivity, or other damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Pomarola after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
